Our Story
Reasee Distribution was founded in 2020 by Samuel D. Reasee II with a straightforward premise: South Florida's licensed accounts deserve a better book. The big statewide distributors carry hundreds of labels and move volume — but the accounts that want something genuinely different, something that stands out on a shelf or back bar, often get lost in the shuffle.
We started in Pompano Beach, in the heart of Broward County, and that's where we've stayed. Our focus is local — the retailers, bars, and restaurants in and around Broward that are looking for a distributor with a more interesting range and a direct line to the people who actually run the operation.
We import and wholesale tequila, vodka, whisky, bourbon, brandy, rum, and gin — including flavored and specialty bottles that earn their place on any shelf. Every brand in our portfolio is there because it's worth carrying.

Distilleries and importers produce and bring spirits into the market. They sell only to licensed wholesalers — not directly to retailers or consumers.
Reasee Distribution
We're a licensed Florida wholesaler. We buy from producers and importers, then sell exclusively to licensed retailers and on-premise accounts. This is our lane — and we run it well.
Licensed Retailers & Accounts
Package stores, bars, restaurants, and other licensed on-premise accounts purchase from us and sell to their customers. If you hold a Florida license, you can buy from us.
